Shipping policy

Orders are packed in-studio and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Whenever possible, orders are prepared within 24 hours.

Shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery timelines vary based on location and selected service.

All orders are carefully packed using recyclable kraft materials and protective fill. Loose botanicals are not included in shipping materials to maintain allergen-conscious packaging and a clean presentation.

Warm Weather Shipping

During warmer months, natural wax candles and melts may soften slightly in transit. This is normal behavior for plant-based wax. If softening occurs, allow the product to rest at room temperature before use. Performance will not be affected.

Customers in high-heat regions may select expedited shipping at checkout if preferred.

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Vintage Alchemy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a delivery issue occurs, please contact your local carrier directly.
