Due to the nature of small-batch, handcrafted goods, returns are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution.

Each product is created in small batches using natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are part of the process and are not considered defects.
