Meet Vanessa

I'm Vanessa, founder of Vintage Alchemy, a botanical lifestyle studio inspired by home, seasonality, and the simple rituals of everyday life.

Based in my 1820 farmhouse in southern New Jersey, Vintage Alchemy creates and curates thoughtfully crafted goods inspired by nature and the quiet rhythms of home. Surrounded by gardens, wildlife, and the changing seasons, I find endless inspiration in the beauty of the everyday.

My appreciation for botanicals began in childhood and grew into a lasting interest in plants, herbs, traditional craft, and the ways scent and atmosphere shape the spaces we spend time in. That influence can be found throughout the studio, from small-batch soap and body care to tea, home fragrance, and a carefully selected collection of complementary goods.

Whether crafted here in the studio or sourced from like-minded makers, each piece is chosen for its quality, usefulness, and timeless appeal.

At the heart of Vintage Alchemy is an appreciation for simple rituals: a cup of tea steeping nearby, incense drifting through a room, time spent in the garden, or a quiet morning on the porch. These small moments often become the most meaningful parts of a day.
