Bottled Products: All of my bottled products are packaged in amber glass which provides protection against UV rays. However, I still recommend storing your bottles out of direct sunlight, preferably in a cool, dark cabinet. Additionally, always shake bottles well before each use to properly disperse any oils.
Lip Balms: My lip balms contain a high content of pure beeswax. This gives them a much higher melting point than mass produced petroleum based lip balms. However, I still recommend not storing them in hot spaces like your car.
Glycerin Soaps: Since these soaps contain high levels of glycerin, I recommend keeping them wrapped until you are ready to use them. Additionally, never leave your glycerin soap bar sitting in water or in a soap dish that doesn't drain as this will greatly reduce its life.
My shop also sells natural, exfoliating soap saver bags and handmade cotton crocheted soap bags that will allow you to hang your soap to dry between uses. As your soaps get small, just pop another soap into the bag and your soaps will meld together. You'll never waste an ounce!

Lotion Sticks: My lotion sticks are made with combinations of heavy oils that are fabulous for the skin. They are best applied at night before bed but also work great after a day on the beach or anytime you skin is lacking hydration. They work wonderfully on your feet and heels!
Aromatherapy Products: Take caution with using any essential oil product around children, pets, or if pregnant. Camphor, parsley seed, hyssop, pennyroyal, tarragon, wintergreen, and wormwood are just some examples of essential oils that should never be used during pregnancy, labor or while breastfeeding. My products are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or any ingredients listed in my products.
Shelf Life - I do not use any artificial preservatives in my products, only Vitamin E, therefore my recommended shelf life is 1 year from the time you receive your purchase. I recommend using products while they are fresh and ordering new batches more often.
