For me, tea making is a form of art. It's expressive, creative, and beautiful. Drinking it, is not only good for your physical health but also good for your soul. It makes you slow down for just a few minutes, giving you time to appreciate life. 

Let's not forget about the added benefits of anti-oxidants, immunity boosts, insomnia busters, anti-inflammatories, and potential weight loss. What's not to love?

I offer fresh and aromatic loose leaf teas and tisanes (herbal infusions) that can be steeped several times. My teas are stored in non-glass, double seal, tea tins kept in a dark pantry so they are not exposed to light until I pack your order.

Instructions for proper water temperature and steep times are listed on every bag, along with best by dates so you can enjoy your tea at the height of its freshness.

Did you know that a tea is only considered a tea if it comes from the tea plant, Camellia Sinensis? If it doesn't, then it's considered an tisane (pronounced Ti-Zahn). Tisanes are also called herbal infusions or herbal teas. Black, white, green, and oolong teas all come from Camellia Sinensis, while herbal teas like chamomile, mint, rooibos, and those with dried fruits, barks, seeds, and berries, are tisanes.

Want that caffeine pick me up? Stick with black teas and matcha followed by oolongs, greens, and whites. Tisanes (Herbal Teas) have no caffeine at all!
